Quarter...time is a construct, doesn't matter. And it's the streets themselves. They see everybody all the time...they're the best judges of all.

A snow plow monster's something. More of a collab with nerds than furries, but that's easier anyways. Or could just start scattering salt and not repaving the potholes.
