[Eases her pants down over her hips and then off entirely, sets them aside, then starts to tend the cuts]

[Squirms a little, but mostly stays still so he can work, leaned forward, arm balanced on one knee]

[The process is the same as before: cleaning, and disinfecting, and then applying the butterfly stitches. He's as gentle as before, keeping an eye on her reactions to try and tell if it gets too much]

[When he's finished, finally, he offers her a smile that's trying to be reassuring]

[She can't completely hide flinches or hisses as he tugs at the skin, but keeps more or less quiet as he finishes up]
