[Nemesis is waiting in the appropriate spot at the appropriate time, hair tamed and carrying a small bouquet--long stems of bluebells, lily of the valley, sunflowers, carnations, and a pink rose, tied with a tyrian and navy ribbon. She rocks back on her heels as she waits, the anticipatory type of nervous, but straightens as Requiem approaches]

[ mostly done-- she doesn't bother to suds up her wings and avoids the triangular hole in her back entirely, just rinsing down-- and glances over to see nem looking. She smiles, turns the water off, and raises her arms and arches her back to stretch. Almost definitely for show, but. ]

[Looks a little sheepish at being caught out--but doesn't stop looking]

You, uh. Ready to go?

Mm.

[ ruffles her damp wings, curling them against her back, and motions for Nem to follow. ]

[Enjoys the view for a beat longer before trotting after, feet smacking against the wet cedar planks of the fancy shower area. She falls in next to Req, leaning in to her a bit]

Excited for the main event?

[ leans comfortably against her, until she needs to reach up to open the screen to the "outdoor" spring, letting nem in first. ]

I'm excited to melt into a pile of goo, if that's what you mean.

Basically the same thing.

[She follows the short path of wooden decking to a trellised patio, bamboo fencing walling off the modest open area--room for some fresh (cold) water and perhaps some cleverly hidden conveniences but not much else. It's as brisk as if they truly were outdoors, and the sky above is (presumably) the same as what's going out outside the hotel. The tub itself is the star, however, large enough for three and fragrant with the aroma of the warm cedarwood tub and the faint sulfur of the water.

Nemesis squints her way towards the tub, gracelessly hopping over to get out of the cold, but sinking under with a sigh of relief. The steaming water spills over the sides of the wooden tub and drains into the decking below; it's constantly replenished by a gentle trickle from a bamboo pipe on the far side.]

...You coming?

Gimme a chance to get in there, speedy, geez.

[ teasing, but follows her in-- the cold air isn't as immediately noticeable as nem's warmth gone from her side-- and carefully steps in to sink in a few inches next to her girl's side.

she sighs, herself, sinking down until the water covers her shoulders and she's drooped her wings enough to be submerged entirely. ]

... mmm...

It's cold!

[slouches down to her nose--blessed warmth!--and grins over at Req at her satisfied expression. Then she stretches out, feet outstretched almost enough to touch the other side of the tub, for a long stretch before folding back at the waist back to normal seated position--perhaps a bit closer to Req this time]

No complaints so far, though.

[ laughs a little, comfortably settling in against Nem's side and bumping her head to hers. ]

This is great.

Yeah. Good choice. Nice relaxation after the morning, too.

[ sssssags against her, closing her eyes. mm. ]

[sets her hand at Req's waist, easy]

Don't drown or nothing.

[ snuggles in, even if she's still significantly cooler than the water itself. ]

Wow, what if I don't want girl cooties from giving you mouth-to-mouth?

I'd be really sad.

Well. That would go against the doctor's creed to do no harm... Can't say no to emergency use, I guess.

[ sinks into the water more, dramatically stretching a hand up. ]

I can feel it coming back! The lady crazies!

Doctor, quick! Cure me! A kiss is the only way...!!!

[snorts out a chuckle]

Okay, okay. Can't just leave a damsel in distress.

[tightens her grip on Req's waist a bit, and leans in to kiss her, gentle]

[ curls both arms around her shoulders and kisses her back with a soft, pleased hum. ]

[leans in to continue, then--short, simple kisses, one easily leading into the next]

[ relaxes under those, giggling against her lips and content just to leisurely smooch until they're both a little breathless. ]
